How to See Who Unfollowed You on X
X doesn’t tell you who unfollowed you, and no tool can see unfollows that happened before it started watching. Services that show "your unfollowers" work by saving snapshots of your followers over time.
You can do the same for free, without giving any app access to your account:

Should You Unfollow People Who Don’t Follow Back?
Not always. Many accounts you follow for news, ideas or entertainment will never follow back, and that’s fine. The list is most useful for spotting follow-for-follow accounts that dropped you, inactive accounts, and old follows that no longer matter to you. Sort by followers: big accounts at the top rarely follow back, while small accounts that don’t are often worth a second look.
Unfollow slowly and by hand. Mass unfollowing, especially through automation, can look like platform manipulation to X and get an account limited. That’s also why Sorsa never unfollows for you.
